Meet Karen Sherwood

Karen Sherwood is an executive coach, organizational consultant, licensed psychotherapist, and psychoanalyst with over 25 years of experience with growth minded leaders and organizations. She specializes in helping clients navigate complexity, transition, and moments when a highly individualized approach is required— helping restore thinking capacity and discovering fresh direction through collaborative inquiry.

Karen’s professional experience includes extensive work as a therapist, consultant, program chair, and faculty member, where she has applied her understanding of human behavior and group dynamics to leadership development and organizational challenges. She works with business leaders, executives, and organizations on solving problems that arise during times of change, crisis, and growth.

In addition to her psychoanalytic training, Karen has completed post-graduate education in human development, individual and group dynamics, and organizational consultation. She has held leadership positions and served as program chairs nationally and internationally. She brings both clinical depth and practical business insight to her consulting work.
